Yankee or Lucky 15?

Super Yankee and Canadian: five selections, 26 bets
Add a fifth selection and tick doubles to five-fold and you have a Super Yankee, also called a Canadian: ten doubles, ten trebles, five four-folds and one five-fold. It costs 26 times the unit stake.
